Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetic (DMPK) Associate (FullTime) Apply for this Job

Summary

  • Performs research and/or development in collaboration with others in projects pertaining to drug metabolism and pharmacokinetic studies to support IND and NDA programs.
  • Provides analysis and interpretation of data and preparation of bioanalytical reports and final study reports.
  • Helps ensure regulatory submission and compliance (e.g. GLP analytical methods).
  • Works as part of a multidisciplinary team to support the conduct of preclinical studies.
  • Provides support in research projects with multidisciplinary teams such as genomics, molecular biology, toxicology, and pathology to bring discovery candidates into development.
  • May perform quality control checks on non-clinical pharmacology, drug metabolism, pharmacokinetic and toxicology documents for regulatory submission.
  • Assists in the preparation of documents and annual IND and NDA reports.
  • May provide support to build and maintain technical databases, archives and department procedures manuals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's of Science in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biology or Pharmacology
  • At least 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting preferrably working under GLP compliance
