Building a top performing marketing team starts with hiring a marketing team leader with strong marketing background. The marketing team leader will develop and implement the Macugen Launch Plan with his/her team. Candidate will be responsible to build and manage a high performing and strategically focused marketing team.

Qualifications

• Outstanding leadership, strategic and analytical skills.
• Ability to identify key business drivers through analytical rigor, and develop relevant strategies with a keen focus on outstanding implementation.
• Proven track record of successful product launches.
• Work in a team-based and dynamic environment with other functions such as sales while nurturing a working environment that facilitates teamwork.
• Previous co-promote and/or ophthalmology experiences are preferred.
• Ability to develop his team by providing ongoing constructive developmental feedback.
