Robust analytics will be the backbone of marketing Macugen. We need to hire an experienced marketing research director to chart the product landscape to help the marketing and sales teams for identifying commercial opportunities. The candidate will also work towards market research projects regarding growth and product life cycle opportunities for Macugen as well as provide analytical framework for franchise development initiatives. Candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing research plan to support marketing and sales teams.

Qualifications

• Outstanding analytical and strategic skills.
• Ability to work closely with marketing and sales teams to identify key business drivers and help develop relevant strategies.
• Proven track record of pharmaceutical market research.
• Work in a team-based and energetic environment with other functions.
• Previous co-promote and/or ophthalmology experience is preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate a creative and innovative approach to exploring underserved and emerging therapeutic markets.
