HRIS Analyst (FullTime)

Eyetech Pharmaceuticals seeks an HRIS Analyst to support Abra HRMS and other HR applications used within the Human Resources organization. The successful candidate will develop and prepare ad hoc reports as well as define functional requirements supporting Human Resources. Develops and implements functionality and solutions that address cross-departmental business initiatives. This position will also be involved in system testing and project implementation.

Qualifications

• This position requires a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline as well as a minimum of 3 to 5 years of Abra HRIS systems experience.
• This position also requires a general knowledge of Human Resources/Benefits and Payroll functions and 2 years experience working with report writing (ad hoc) and relational databases.
• We require advanced personal computer skills, i.e., MS Office and Crystal Report Writer. Proven project management skills, must be highly organized and efficient. Strong collaboration and relationship management skills, as well as possessing solid communication skills both verbal and written.
• As such he/she will possess the ability to influence decisions without direct authority as well as driving project to completion. The ability to multitask as well as having the flexibility and willingness to work in multiple roles as required is key.
