Manager Alliance & Project Management (FullTime)

Support and coordination needed for the Pipeline Assessment, Business Development and new manufacturing process teams, and other company projects as appropriate.

Summary

• Provide support for the development, maintenance and execution of acceptable project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Identify and proactively resolve issues regarding priority, resource, and time commitments by working directly with individual team members and the Project Team as a whole.
• Manages scenario planning and risk assessment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry, with demonstrated experience with project management practices.
• Team player; has ability to resolve conflict. Ability to achieve consensus in a team through complex and potentially controversial deliberations.
• High level of initiative and ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated understanding of the scientific, technical and business requirements for successful development projects.
