HR Internship (FullTime) Apply for this Job

  • Schedule Candidate Interviews, assign & track Requisition numbers; set up job folders, & prepare/maintain Staffing reports
  • Manage Proudfoot process, (faxing applications to vendor, following up on progress, providing results of background/drug screening for record keeping purposes)
  • General correspondence: Handle “Offer”, “no interest”, or Rejection letters. Maintain Organizational Charts
  • Assemble: “New Hire” kits, FedEx packets, Personnel files

Qualifications

  • Should have HR experience.
  • Work well with minimal supervision.
  • Anticipate needs.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills Articulate, organized, and goal oriented.
  • MS Outlook, Word, Excel
