- Schedule Candidate Interviews, assign & track Requisition numbers; set up job folders, & prepare/maintain Staffing reports
- Manage Proudfoot process, (faxing applications to vendor, following up on progress, providing results of background/drug screening for record keeping purposes)
- General correspondence: Handle “Offer”, “no interest”, or Rejection letters.
Maintain Organizational Charts
- Assemble: “New Hire” kits, FedEx packets, Personnel files
Qualifications
- Should have HR experience.
