Summary

• Handle all shipping and receiving for the department.
• Prepare temperature sensitive materials for shipping.
• Receive, store, and inventory temperature sensitive materials
• Supervise hazardous waste management program, maintain records for hazardous waste.
• Wash glassware
• Order, store and inventory chemical supplies
• Order and stock supplies for the AR&D; laboratory
• Maintain critical laboratory systems, such as purified water system, solvent delivery systems, and gas delivery systems.
• Calibrate laboratory equipment.
• Conduct routine test methods, such as viscosity, and osmolality measurements

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational, and communication skills.
• High school diploma with 2-4 years of experience, or an AA degree.
