  • Mining and tracking inventions and new invention disclosures
  • Conducting patent searches
  • Drafting patent applications
  • Prosecuting pending patent applications

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in law firm prosecuting biotechnology patents
  • 1-2 years in-house a plus
  • PhD in Life Sciences or Chemistry
  • Registered before US PTO
