Eyetech is building a state-of-the-art Research and Preclinical Development facility in Lexington, Massachusetts to accommodate its expanding Research & Development efforts. Eyetech is committed to promoting innovative science in a creative and dynamic environment. In addition to retaining staff scientists, Eyetech actively promotes training through MD and PhD fellowship programs.
This position, located in Woburn with some travel to Cedar Knolls, NJ and New York City, will be responsible for supporting desktop computers and for keeping the operating systems and applications stable and running properly. Experience with the maintenance of software and systems that control lab instruments and the ability to provide first line support for the laboratory staff with instrument problems is a definite plus.
Qualifications
- Experience in a Windows 2000 and 2003 networking environment absolutely required. Candidates should have experience with assigning permissions, PC cloning using Ghost, MS Outlook 2000 and 2003 and Exchange 2003. Must be able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.
