Position reports to the Vice President, Analytical Research and Development. Primary responsibilities include managing calendar, arranging video conferences, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements. High-visibility, terrific job with an opportunity to support the department’s management team.
Qualifications
- High School Graduate education

Minimum 3 years administrative experience.

Prior experience in administration in pharmaceutical industry a plus.

Individual must be able to work concurrently on several projects.

Computer savvy.
