R&D; Functional Controller, Location: Woburn, MA (FullTime)

Summary

• Finance representation within the R&D; organization in MA, responsible for tracking project costs, developing budgets and researching and explaining variances to budgets.
• Assist with Corporate in developing financial procedures and controls.
• Assist with Sarbanes Oxley implementation

Qualifications

• Biotechnology experience a plus; 3-5 years finance experience with an R&D; organization
• Detailed oriented with strong analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills; excellent written and oral communication skills
• Advanced spreadsheet application skills and experience with working with databases, i.e., pivot tables, ranges and add-in functions.
• Experience with AccPac, Great Plains and other ERP software
